		<description>That is a new one, not just real debt collectors being reckless and collecting a debt that may not be owed, but a fake debt collector collecting a debt that is owed but not to them.  Very interesting, where are these entities getting the information?  Possibly they are improperly obtaining consumer's credit reports.  My information says that it is possible, and has been done by identity thiefs.  This is a scam for the attorney general.</description>

I also think that it is unethical to pursue financing with the secret intention of not paying it back BUT I don\'t think that you should be allowed to be harrassed by the collection companies.  This article has some invaluable tips.  We all should be able to sleep at night without worrying.</description>
